Nick is the Host of The Histreak Podcast, President of Team Hiter, Executive Vice President of RAC Financial, Vice President of SANDLOTT Sports 501c3, Founder of Hitlab Creative Studios, Partner of Home Agent Group, and Partner of Hiter Holdings.
Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith is an executive producer for Hitlab. He has worked as a co-founder for advertising / marketing agency, Plan Left and founder of the real estate group, Home Agent Group. He has helped brand and voice the messages of many startups, other artists and small businesses while continuing work on his crafts in music, film and photography.

Rhiannon Hiter is a founder of Hitlab. She has experience in starting and managing multiple businesses. She has now been working in the insurance world leading Team Hiter for over 8 years. From these experiences she has all the knowledge to help you grow your business.
Dale Hiter
Studio Lead, Executive Assistant
Dale Hiter serves as our executive assistant and office manager. He is a graduate of Antioch High School in middle TN. He retired in 2017 after 39 years for a major telecommunications company. He has served as the Office Manager & Executive Asst at Team Hiter since 2019. He makes sure our operations stay organized and run as smoothly as possible.

Jim Gray is the founder of Gray Artist Services, a label services company that supports independent artists and bands. Jim is also Creative Team Lead and Executive Producer at Hitlab.
